(hereinafter “Juste”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1) Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Use (“T&C”) govern access to and use of the Juste.ch mobile application and services (the “Platform”), allowing users to:

• browse and compare listed Professionals;
• send messages and requests;
• book appointments via an integrated module;
• publish reviews and ratings (depending on available features).

2) Definitions

• User: any person using the Platform.
• Professional: service provider listed on the Platform (company or freelancer).
• Profile: Professional listing (contact details, services, schedules, etc.).
• Content: any text, image, logo, review, rating, description, or message published.
• Appointment: appointment requested or booked via the Platform.

3) Acceptance

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, booking an appointment, or posting a review, the User accepts these T&C.

If you do not accept them, you must not use the Platform.

4) Role of Juste: matchmaking platform

Juste provides a technical listing and matchmaking service. Unless explicitly stated:

• Juste is not a service provider;
• Juste is not a party to contracts between Users and Professionals;
• Juste does not guarantee responses, appointments, pricing, quality, or timelines.

5) Eligibility and account

5.1 Age

The Platform is intended for legally capable persons. Use by minors must be under legal guardian responsibility.

5.2 Account creation and security

Some features require an account. You agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• protect your credentials;
• notify any unauthorized use.

Juste may suspend or delete an account in case of fraud, abuse, violation of the T&C, or risk to the Platform or third parties.

6) Professional listings and pre-filled profiles

6.1 Source of information

Some Profiles may be pre-filled using publicly available information and later updated by Professionals.

6.2 Accuracy

Juste does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Profiles.

6.3 Right to correction / claim / delisting

• request correction of information;
• claim ownership of a Profile;
• request profile removal.

7) Acceptable use

• harassment, threats, defamation, illegal or hateful content;
• false reviews, rating manipulation, identity theft;
• scraping, spamming, or bypassing systems;
• security or system interference.

8) Appointments: operation and responsibilities

8.1 Nature

The appointment module is an organizational tool. Terms are defined directly between User and Professional.

8.2 Confirmation / cancellation / no-show

Juste is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or no-shows.

8.3 Appointment disputes

Any dispute is strictly between User and Professional.

9) Payments

Juste does not process payments, billing, escrow, or refunds.

10) Reviews and ratings

10.1 Rules

Reviews must be genuine and respectful.

10.2 Moderation

Juste may remove illegal, abusive, or misleading content.

10.3 Liability

Reviews reflect authors’ opinions only.

11) Intellectual property

The Platform and its content are protected. Users receive a personal, non-transferable usage license.

12) Content license

By publishing Content, you grant Juste a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to operate and promote the Platform.

13) Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with Swiss law and the Privacy Policy.

14) Availability and maintenance

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.

15) Disclaimer of warranties

• continuous availability;
• accuracy of third-party content;
• quality or reliability of Professionals;
• achievement of results.

16) Liability

Juste disclaims liability for services, content, or disputes.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Juste for violations of these T&C or third-party rights.

18) Suspension and removal

Juste may suspend accounts or remove profiles for violations.

19) Amendments

Juste may update these T&C. The applicable version is the one published.

20) Term and termination

These T&C apply throughout Platform usage.

21) Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Switzerland.
